A Review of Short Little Rebel For 2011

Thank you to everyone who helped make Short Little Rebel a screaming success last year.  A special thanks to my top commentors:  Denise, Generic White Male, Marriage Coach & Sara.  I began this blog in May, 2011.  That was a mere 7 months ago!  Since then, you all have viewed my blog over 26,000 times and left over 1,500 comments (not including spam or comments that broke commenting rules).  Short Little Rebel is now carried by Constitution Club, Rat & Rebel Are Right, Project Shining City and Smart Girl Politics.  It has been shared on over 700 blog posts throughout the world.  We have come a long way in a short seven months.  For that, I want to send a glorious ‘Thank you!’ to all of you.  Even you liberals & atheists.  No matter how you cut the cake, communication is valuable- even if we disagree.  We are all Americans, my friends.  Most of us, given a chance, would agree on most things.  We need to remember that as we go into 2012, a most important election year.  We will not all agree on what should happen this year.  In fact, we may disagree vehemently.  But let us not become a broken People over it.  That is what the Progressives want most of all- to weaken our national cohesion.  From one patriot to another, let us continue the conversation- even the debate.  Let us allow the heat to dissipate and still find ourselves one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Syndey Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 26,000 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 10 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
